Sandra is responsible for client care providing excellence in the overall management of client relationships.
With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Sandra joined Rooney Insurance Agency as an Employee Benefits Specialist in January, 1999. She attended The University of Tulsa and earned degrees in Journalism and Political Science with a minor in Business Administration in 1976. Sandra furthered her education by earning a Masters Degree in Business Administration in 1997 from Oklahoma City University. She obtained her Chartered Financial Consultant Designation in 2003, and her Chartered Life Underwriter in 2005. Prior to joining Rooney Insurance Agency, Sandra held various positions with other large insurance carriers.
