Lou Fitch, CLU - Employee Benefits Department Manager
Lou is responsible for Senior Consulting projects and clients on select Employee Benefit Programs, as well as managing the Employee Benefit Department and its day-to-day activities, growth, retention and ensuring that the service needs of all Employee Benefit Clients are met. She has extensive specialized experience in the areas of voluntary benefit issues, individual products and Section 125 Plans.
Beginning her career in 1974, Lou has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry involving Welfare Benefit Programs, Qualified and Non-Qualified Employee Benefits, Flexible Benefits, Executive Benefits and individual life insurance planning. Receiving her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania in 1985, Lou joined Rooney Insurance in 2001.
