About Rooney Insurance Agency, Inc.
The Rooney family opened the doors of Rooney Insurance Agency, Inc. in 1960 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Four generations later, the Agency is still family owned. In the beginning, the company provided insurance services for other family owned businesses, but quickly diversified and began to provide services to businesses and individuals in the community.
Initially, the Agency's clients included construction and industrial related businesses. In the 1980's, the Agency established expanded services including personal lines of insurance and benefits management for companies. Over the next 20 years the client base steadily grew solely through client referrals. Today, Rooney Insurance Agency competes among the largest agencies in its market and serves a wide range of commercial clients including large public school systems and fortune 500 companies.
We attribute our success to our service philosophy which was formed when the Agency began.
